I'm happily married with 2 kids, plus 2 stepkids, a dog, and 3 cats. I love the outdoors. I was in a serious car accident in 2004 that tore my spinal cord and injured my lower back leading to surgery. I have come a long way since then, and am finding my way back to Yoga since I can't dance they way I used to. I am finding all the great things I can still do, and I am writing a book about finding your way to a better life.
