- Biography Echoing the battle cry of Funk Diva Sharon Jones, "You've Got to FEEL it", Kissing Potion brings funk & soul to life, with a full horn section that brings new meaning to the phrase "FUNK YOU!", and a rhythm section whose groove will move you from your soul down to your toes! Kissing Potion has been a long time in the making. The original concept was a ten member strong, all-female funk group, but... then we met a few folks of the male-persuasion and couldn't resist asking them to join our lady-laden lair of FUNK. Dirty, gritty, smooth, pretty....as long as it's funky!
