- Biography From their beginnings at a Victory Open Mic, Waterbound has been a unique (as in the only mandolin/autoharp duo anywhere!) presence in the NW music scene. Steve and Mimi demonstrate their abilities to take the traditional and twist it something completely new. They demonstrate just what can be done with this most unusual of instrument combinations. They have played from Fort Langley to Florence and Tukwila to Tumbleweed.
