- Biography Second time Northwest Folklife performers Lumpkins are a Bellingham, WA band. They have been playing uniquely Northwestern Country Music since 2009. Their first LP (released on vinyl and in digital formats) "Another Wasted Day" showcased the Stringband lineup of 2009. Their music took a decidedly Country Rock direction with the lineup change in the Summer of 2010. The current lineup, consisting of David Ney, Kevin Lee, Tyler Clarke, Christopher Stainback, and Ross Robinette is on the verge of heading into the studio to record the sophomore LP. They continue to entertain up and down the I-5 corridor.
