Latvian Folk Dance

- Biography Group was started by Latvian immigrants in 1962, and has performed at various Latvian Song and Dance Festivals all over the US and Canada, and occasionally in Latvia ever since. The group regularly performs at Yulefest at the Nordic Heritage Museum, at the Baltic Rites of Spring at the Downtown Seattle Public Library, and our own annual Spring Program. We enjoy learning dances that celebrate our heritage, both new and old, and also choreographing them as well.
